Acapulco Gold This was a 1976 party movie that was reissued in the 1990s. It's pretty funny! I'm not in it, but they found me through an early version of this marijuana-as-art web site, and asked if I would be the "special feature" on one of the DVD series (Lucky 13) they were releasing. The camera crew came to my house & my business to see and film my art work, and to the WAMM marijuana garden just before harvest.
Look! It's still out there! :)
Waiting to Inhale Belonging to The Wo/Men's Alliance for Medical Marijuana (WAMM) in Santa Cruz, CA was a life-changing experience for George and me. We joined in 1998, and became part of the heart of the organization for seven years. Here's some of the story. (George and I are in the film, but if you see it on TV, I'm gone. Tiny violin, please!
